Spider Plant

Spider Plants are close to indestructible and one of the few common houseplants that's fully non-toxic, which makes it the one we point cat owners toward first. It also produces little baby plantlets on long stems that you can snip and root in water — a good project if you want to turn one plant into five over a summer.
